I know it has been a while, but I wanted to give you a brief update. My daughter invited me to join and we created an LLC partnership for own LuLaRoe business. The sales are exponentially growing, the network of new friends (customers) is growing and we are close to wrapping up cruise qualification (this is a FREE vacation earned by our hard work).

The LuLaRoe business model is so different than any other in the fashion business, let alone any other direct sales or industry sales process. There are rules on how to operate, like no commercial real estate can be used as a permanent location on a daily basis. This means we have to open up our home for people to come shop. Kirsten and I are able to help style outfits for our customers, have some good ole conversations and witness true transformations of ladies who want to feel good in their clothing and look good. It is a miraculous event to witness someone who does not like they way they look in jeans to step out of the dressing room in an Amelia or a pairing of Leggings and a Perfect T. We witness tears of joy!!!

For a lifetime, I have always wanted to be a blessing and give back, and many friends and colleagues in the high tech industry would say that I have been. But this partnership is so fulfilling in many ways:

(1) I have spent decades in Corporate America with a 5 year detour in teaching high school, and my own children never really got 100% of me. Now they do. While they are adult children now and one is a parent, I am able to available like none other. My focus is on family. When we do vendor events on the weekend, everyone plays a part in the preparation and transport of our inventory.

(2) Our customers enjoy getting to know our family and their kids are playing with my grandson. Our home is very much a happy home and a place that draws others to share and shop.

(3) We are able to bless others through many giveaways, community calls to action (such as a drive we did for the Tennessee families who lost their homes in the fires), and fundraisers. LuLaRoe matches dollar for dollar what we raise in them.

(4) Opportunities come to us, we don’t need to chase them down. Organizations reach out and ask us to come, and don’t charge us fees to come. These opportunities are priceless in the customer base growth, and continued residual income that comes from meeting new customers at these events.

(5) We provide an opportunity of positivity and help kick start thousands of lives every morning. These are people that really want to be uplifted and they are encouraged to share in a non-judgement zone.

People that know me, know that I dream big, and my dreams become reality. There is no cap on the earning potential that Kirsten and I have and she also realizes it. We are so blessed to have found an opportunity to work and grow in a way that supports our values. I have worked anywhere before where they has ever happened. This is the optimal career move for me.
